These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Trip Tour Croatia website and the purchase of services offered by Trip Tour – trade for services (hereinafter referred to as “Trip Tour”, “the Agency”, “we”, or “us”). By using this website or making a booking, the client (“you”, “traveler”, or “customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Scope of Services

Trip Tour provides tourism-related services including but not limited to:

  • Personal and private tours

  • Cultural and religious tours

  • Gastronomy and wine experiences

  • Adriatic cruises and seaside holidays

  • Christmas markets

  • MICE programs (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)

Trip Tour acts as an organizer and/or intermediary for travel services, accommodation, transfers, and experiences in Croatia and neighboring countries.


3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or authorized partners.
To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment (depending on the service) must be made through:

  • Credit/debit card (via WooCommerce payment system)

  • Bank transfer (if available)

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The Agency reserves the right to change prices before confirmation due to currency fluctuations, supplier costs, or other justified reasons.

Your booking becomes valid only after Trip Tour has received payment and issued a written confirmation.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email). The date of cancellation will be considered the date when the Agency receives the written notice.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific tour offer, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus administrative fee (up to 10%)

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days before departure: no refund

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Unused portions of the trip (late arrivals, early departures, missed tours)

  • Cancellations made after the trip has started

  • Services booked through third parties

If a tour is cancelled by Trip Tour (e.g., due to force majeure or insufficient participants), customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement of equal value.


5. Travel Documents and Insurance

All travelers must have valid travel documents (passports, visas if required).
Trip Tour is not responsible for any issues caused by missing or invalid documentation.

Travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, personal liability, etc.) is highly recommended. Trip Tour may offer assistance in obtaining insurance, but the final responsibility lies with the traveler.


6. Responsibilities of the Agency

Trip Tour guarantees the performance of services as described in the confirmed booking.
The Agency is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, ferries, or other third-party providers

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

  • Traveler’s negligence or failure to comply with local regulations

In case of justified complaints, Trip Tour will do its best to provide suitable compensation or alternative arrangements.


7. Responsibilities of the Traveler

Travelers are required to:

  • Provide accurate personal information when booking

  • Comply with local laws and customs

  • Follow the instructions of the tour guide or local representative

  • Refrain from behavior that may endanger others or cause damage

Any costs arising from such misconduct will be borne by the traveler.


8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In the event of dissatisfaction, the traveler must immediately inform the Trip Tour representative or contact us via email.
If the issue is not resolved during the trip, a written complaint may be submitted within 8 days after the end of the service.

Trip Tour will respond within 15 days from receipt of the complaint.
If a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled before the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia, under Croatian law.


9. Online Payments and Security

Our website uses secure SSL encryption and reliable payment processors.
Trip Tour does not store credit card details on its servers.
All transactions are processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards and applicable data protection laws.


10. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Trip Tour processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian privacy laws.
Data is collected only for the purpose of providing requested services and will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for service delivery (e.g., hotels, transport companies).

11. Changes to the Terms

Trip Tour reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In case of any disputes, the competent court in Zagreb shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
